摘要
对5个种猪场饲养的6个国内外猪种及其2个杂种猪计734头进行了氟烷测验,获得各猪种的氟烷阳性发生率如下:皮特兰猪100%、比利时长白猪73.3%、大约克猪新品系3.8%和丹麦长白猪3.1%。梅山猪、嘉兴黑猪新品系、皮特兰×梅山、比利时长白×梅山等猪种的氟烷阳性率均为0%。表明皮特兰和比利时长白猪种中氟烷敏感基因频率很高,丹麦长白和大约克新品系猪种中氟烷敏感基因频率较低,中国地方猪种及以其为基础的培育猪种不表现阳性反应,可能不存在氟烷敏感基因。皮梅杂种为已知杂合体,但氟烷测验未显示阳性反应,表明不能检出杂合体基因型的个体。在测验过程中还发现不同猪种对氟烷测验的生理反应有差异。
pigs including 6 breeds and 2 crossbreeds fed in 5 pig farms were subjected to halothane test. Their positive rate were as follows: Pietrain (P) 100%, Belgium landrace (BL) 73.3%, large Yorkshire new line (Y) 3.8%,Danish landrace (DL) 3.1%, Meishan(M) 0%, B×M 0%. Those results indicated that there were higher frequency of halothane susceptible genes in P and BL while lower frequency of susceptible genes in DL and Y, Howerer, none of Chinese Pig breeds and their developed pig breeds showed susceptible genes. P×M Crossbreed belongs to heterozygote but it does't show positive reaction to the halothane test, meaning that halothane test can't determinate the individual of heterozygous genotype. It was discovered that physiological reaction of different pig breeds were different to the halothaue test.
