Postoperative prevention and treatment of respiratory complicatons in children with intracardiac repair operation under direct vision

１００例小儿体外循环心内直视术后心肺功能极不稳定，认为呼吸管理是否恰当，是防治肺部并发症，提高手术成功率，减少死亡率的关键。

n analysis of children with respiratory functional changes after intracardiac repair operation under direct vision are reported.The proper respiratory management was important factor for prevention of pneumatic complications,improvement of surgical successful rate and reduction of mortality.We concluded some preliminary experience to prevent postoperative complications.
