摘要
作者将大耳白兔32只随机分为模型组、丹参治疗组以及假手术组。前两组结扎胆总管制作阻塞性黄胆动物模型(阻黄),假手术组仅剖腹。术后第14天观察以下指标:肝组织丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)。血液MDA和SOD、门静脉和体循环血浆内毒素、肝脏生化指标,吲哚氰绿15分钟血浆滞留率(R_15ICG)和消除速率常数(K值),以及肝脏的病理学检查。实验结果提示:阻黄时机体发生了严重的脂质过氧化损伤;丹参能有效地防止阻黄肝脏脂质过氧化损伤。
abbits were placed in three operative
groups:Sham operative controlsunderwent dissection of common bile
duct but not ligated,Ligation and divisionof common biie
duct;Ligation of common biie duct,but treated with
salviamiltiorrhizea(SM).Two weeks after laparotomy,levels of MDA and
SOD,plasma endotoxin and liver function were measured and examinated
biopsy of liver.The results suggested that peroxidation play a
important role in hepatic injury by biliary obstruetion,SM possess
marked preventive and therapeutic effects on the hepatic injury.
