应用除氧保鲜技术和氯化苦薰蒸技术养护党参，通过对党参的总挥发性成分的定性定量测定、外观质量鉴定、损耗的计算及经济效益的测算等养护效果的对比分析研究，证明除氧保鲜技术养护那些易为虫蛀、霉变而影响其质量的大宗中药材具有多方面的优越性，为其实际应用提供了可靠的实验依据。

AbstractThe eomparision is made between keeping the Chinese aredicine Dangshen(RadixCondonopsis pilosulae)with the technique of oxygen-free and the chemical method(chloropicrin steaming).The results shomn that the technique of onygen-free is better forkeeping medicine material.
