树脂吸附分离─—比色法测定三七中总甙含量

Quantitative determination of total notoginseoside in Panax notoginseng

用树脂吸附分离─—比色法，对三七全株不同生长部位、不同规格、不同产地的２２个样品进行三七总皂甙的含量测定。结果表明：每ｋｇ头数少的总皂甙含量比头数多的含量偏高；部位不同；总皂甙含量也不同；产地和田间管理不同，总皂甙含量也会不同；列在低档次质量的剪口、筋条、粗根、绒根等，总皂甙含量并不低。这表明，三七商品规格质量还应结合内在成份含量来衡量。

AbstractThe resin adsopotion-colorimetric aonlysis method for the quantitative determination oftotal saponins of 22 samples from Panax notoginseng(different part of the plant,different me-dicinal specitication,different prodneing area)was reported.The results shown that:①the me-dicinal meterial sige is smaller,the total saponins is more;②the amount of total saponins re-lates to part of plant、medicinal specitication、producing area; ③ the total saponine ofleftovers and pieces(Jianko、Jintiao、Ronggen et al) is more than them in other part.At last,the anthors discussed something about how to recognize the quality of medicinalmaterial.
