黄芪柴胡散治疗消化性溃疡病复发36例的追踪观察

Following Observation on 36 Cases of Peptic Ulcer Recurrence Treated with Huangqi Chaihu Powder(Astragalus and Bupleurum Powder)

用纤维内窥镜观察自拟黄芪柴胡散控制消化性溃疡病发生的治疗作用。治疗组经过４年治疗复发率仅为１７％，而西药对照组复发率为６Ｏ％，两组有显著差异性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明长期服用黄芪柴胡散，能使溃疡得到控制，损伤的粘膜上皮增生康复，收到控制消化性溃疡复发的明显效果。

Fiberscope was used to observe the treating effects of peptic Huangqi Chaihu Powder(HQCHP).The recurrence rate of treating group was 17% only after four years treating and the control group treated by western medicine was 60%,There are significant differeces between the two groups(P<0. 01).It showed that taking HQCHP for a long time could control the ulcer, recover the injured mucous epithelium and control the recurrence of peptic ulcer。
