摘要
以中药扶阳汤加减治疗高原地区肺心病１１６例，总有效率为８９．６５％。血气分析结果表明：患者的二氧化碳潴留和低氧血症都有较明显的改善，无严重的酸碱失衡并发症发生。
Cases of cor pulmonale on plateau were
treated with Chinese Materia Medica-modified Fuyang Decoction. The total effective rate was
89.65%.The result of blood-gas analysis showed that the carbon dioxide retention and hypoxemia
of the patient were improved obviously.No severe complication of acid-base imbalanee occured.
