中医药针灸治疗自残行为作用初探

Exploration on Effect of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in Treating Self-mutilation Action

本文报告了作者治疗的两例自残行为(以下简称 S.I.B)患者,以探讨中医药针灸对人体内啡肽水平的作用。两病例的中医辨证分别是肾阴亏虚,心火旺盛及脾气虚弱,痰迷心窍,津液损伤。结果表明,一例在治疗过程中病情恶化,包括生化指标也无改善,这可能是在中医药针灸治疗过程中为兼顾复发的听力障碍而使用抗生素类药物的结果。另一例则在行为和生化指标方面均有显著的改善。从这两病例来看,内啡肽和 S.I.B 之间并无明确关系。

Two cases of serf-mutilation action were treated by the author and effects of endorphins level of body by TCM and acupuncture were explorated.With TCM differentiation of two cases,one was difficiency of the kidney vital essence and flaring up of the fire of the heart and another was difficiency of the spleen functional activities,mental con- fusion due to phlegm,difficiency of body fluid.The results showed: one case's pathosis had been worsened in the treating course and even,biochemical criterion didn't improved,too.It might be resulted from using antibiotics to treat his recured dysaudia in the therapeutic proce- dure.Significant improvement on behaviour and biochemical criterion was seen from another case.There was not centain relationship between endorphins and self-mutilation from these two cases.
