从季节主气探析燥邪与痔瘘病之关系──兼析燥邪在昆明地区痔瘘疾病中的发病学意义及辨治

Research of Influence of Climatic Cause From Different Season on the Relation Between Pathogenic Dryness Factor and Hemorrhoid-An Example of Pathogenesis,Diagnosis and Treatment about the Dryness in Kunming Area

中医经典理论认为，“燥”邪致病，多发于秋。提示了燥证之成，与外环境（季节）之变化有关。从临证实际看，又不可拘于燥证仅发于秋之说。以痔瘘病之发病学意义看，燥邪发痔瘘，天干而燥之季均可发生；外环境之“燥”，易引起或加剧内燥，诱发或加重痔瘘病；燥多由外入内，易伤肺经，累及相表之腑大肠，遂发痔瘘；燥邪所致痔瘘病，有多种变证，形成多种证型。临证分阴虚血燥、气虚血燥、血虚肠燥、血热而燥四型辨治。

TCM classical theories point out that pathogenic dryness factor cause diseaseusaully in Autumn. The view shows that the Dryness syndrome is formed with the exogenousenvironment-Season.But, in the clinical practice,we do not think that the Dryness syndromeis resulted from Autumn only.According to the pathogenesis of Hemorrhoid,Hemorrhoid re-sulted from the Dryness is caused in dry weather any season. The dryness in external environ-ment can cause or aggravate the internal dryness in the body,so that Hemorrhoid is formedor aggravated.The dryness invades the body often from outside to inside and hurts the LungChannel and the Large intestine easy to make hemorrhoid.Hemorrhoid from the Dryness canbe divided into four kinds of Syndrome differentiation and treatment.blood-dryness due toyin deficiency,the blood dryness due to deficiency of qi,large intestine dryness due to blooddeficiency ,dryness due to blood heat.
