花柳毒淋的辨析及治疗

Difference of concept between Syphilis and stranguria of TCM wasexpounded.Syphilis belongs to the realm of stranguria with turbid urine. Syphilis has an an-tique way and route of infection and that noxious dampness and retained heat invadelower-jiao(hypogastrium).Syndrome differentiation and treatment are the following:damp-ness and fire of Liver Channel treated with modified Longdan Xiegan decoction, dampnessand heat of lower-jiao with modified Pixie Fenqin decoction,incoodination between the liverand the spleen,and retained damp-heat with modified Xiaoyao powder,deficiency ofliver-yin and kidney -yin with Zhibai Dihuang decoction and deficiency of both heart and thekidney and leukorrhea with modified Qinxin capsule.
