电容器纸产销前景及我们的对策探讨——法国电容器纸生产技术考察有感

The Prospect of Condenser Paper Production and Market, Our Countermeasures --React to the Investigation of France's Condenser Paper Industry

车文通过对法国电容器纸生产技术的考察和我国电容器纸产销情况分析,指出由于聚丙烯薄膜的发展,自七十年代以来,国际上8μm以上电容器纸已经大量地为聚丙烯薄膜和金属化薄膜所代替,产销数量逐年大辐度下降,国内电容器纸也已经出现滞销现象。因此,笔者认为,我国电容器纸生产和科研的重点应转向8μm以下电容器纸的生产和提高质量上,切不可再盲目扩大生产能力。

Recent visiting and investigating of production and market of capacitor paper revealed that the capacitor paper with caliper more than 8μm has been replaced mostly by polypropylene film and metaliz-ed film since '70s. The demand for this type of condenser paper has dropped year after year. The situation in China at present is quite similar. In recent years, the equipment and technology for producing polypropylene film and metalized film has been imported. But the existing condenser paper mills still plan to expand their production capacity. The author suggest that the attention should be paid to the R&D of capacitor paper of caliper lower than 8μm. Attention should be paid to reform the old paper machine by joint effort of foreign countries. Effect should be given to sell the products to the international market. Blindly expansion of production capacity should be avoided.
