摘要
本文对棉秆原料的植物形态和结构、纤维形态以及本素在结构中的分布,采用SEM—EDXA和光学显微镜进行了研究。分部位对棉秆做了全面化学分析。从化学成分和纤维形态考虑,棉秆不失为可利用的造纸原料之一。 用Bauer-McNett筛分仪对棉秆半化学浆纤维分级的研究中,表明长纤维组分(纤维组分)的纤维素分子平均聚合度高,α-纤维素含量高,纤维长,是品质较好的组分。各筛分组分手抄片物理性能,随纤维长度变短而降低。 进行了棉秆NaOH、NaOH-AQ,中性亚硫酸铵法半化学浆蒸煮、磨浆、抄片试验,棉秆浆以20%KP木浆挂面抄制1号籍板纸各项物理性能完全达到标准的要求。
The plant morphology and its construction, fiber characteristics, lignin distribution of cotton stalk were studied by SEM/EDXA and microscope. The chemical components of stalk were analysed. As a two elements system average bast fiber length is 2mm, woody fiber range 0.7-0.8mm. Except high pectin content, other components are close to straw. The lignin concentration in ML+P is the highest, second wall's take second place, but the relative lignin content in the cell wall is the largest in the secon. wall. Considering the chemical components and fiber morphology, the cotton stalk is a potential raw material. The whole stalk semichemical pulp classification was: studied by Bauer McNett. It indicates that the long fiber fraction is good in quality because of the high content of α-cellulose, longer fiber, and high DP of cellulose. The physical properties of various fractions improve with the fiber length increased. The whole stalk semichemical pulp was obtained by using soda, soda-AQ, neutral ammonia. sulfite digestions and then refined, made, into hand sheets. The physical properties of paper board made of whole stalk pulp lined with 20 % kraft wood pulp can satisfy the utilization demands.
