摘要
重点介绍了上钢五厂三轧分厂移地改造后的工艺布置、主要参数、设备特点，并探讨了小型合金钢轧钢厂的改造方向。
The technical layout, facility charaoters about the removed mill are mai- nly introduced in this paper. Meanwhile, the direction of reconstruction of such kind of mills is also discussed.
