轧机飞轮与电控及工艺设计优化

摘要 根据飞轮的工作原理分析取舍原则,经计算机优化电控及轧制工艺参数,可使飞轮系统工作在最佳状态,减少电机发热。以本厂轧机为例,与无飞轮比较,优化后可减少电机发热10%以上。 Based on the working principle of flywheel and computer optimization of electrical control and rolling parameter, the flywheel could be worked at optimum condition and the heat generated by electrical machine is reduced. Comparison with the situation which the flywheet was not used, it can be shown that the heat generated by electrical machine reduced by more than 10% with the optimization.
