摘要
造纸机定量、水份控制系统都要求在线测量产品质量,即成纸定量和水份。但是对于超薄型纸,如电容器纸,至今还没有解决其定量和水份的准确测量问题。本文首次探讨了使用基于模型的方法,利用一些安全可靠的间接仪表,实现超薄型纸在线定量、水份计算机控铷的可能性。论文从选择合适硬件结构,加强管理程序保护功能,优化模型结构和提高控制算法性能等四个方面考虑,改善计算机系统的整体稳定性和可靠性。这些新的方法和算法已在民丰造纸厂六号电容器纸纸机定量、水份计算机控制系统上实现。该系统自正式投入运行以来,性能可靠,操作方便,明显提高了产品质量,并大大减轻了工人劳动强度。
Measuring of basis weight and moisture are normally a prerequisite for the basis weight and moisture control systems on paper machines. In superthin paper production such as capacitor paper, however, the instrument for measuring is not available.This article devoted to investigate the possibility of on-line basis weight and moisture comupter control by means of model-based method without on-line quality measurement. New ideas for improvement of closed-loop performance, by choosing suitable model structures, refining controller and filter algorithms are proposed. These new ideas and algorithms have been applied to basis weight and moisture computer control system installed on the 6th capacitor paper machine in Minfeng Paper Mill. The system was installed in June 1987, and since then, it has been reliably and satisfactorily operated without failures.
