佳木斯造纸厂引进的板式蒸发器是新型的碱回收蒸发装置。与普通长管蒸发器相比,它具有热效率高、节能,运行方便可靠、减轻环境污染等特点。投入运行后取得了明显的节能效果和环保效益。本文介绍这套蒸发系统的运行实践。

A modern free flow falling film evaporation plant has been installed in the alkaline recovery system of Jamusi Paper Mill. The plant consists of six evaporators and one stripping column, together with techniques, such as reusing the secondary heat by use of flash evaporation, the high concentration effect having three chambers in one-unit which can change the liquor feed to these chambers alternately, design to reduce-BOD emission of evaporator, and seperating the foul condensate from secondary con-densate etc so that it has a better heat transfer, low heat consumption, simple and stable operation, reducing the environment pollution.
