摘要
本文介绍了国内外造纸工业白度测定标准方法的主要技术条件及其发展的趋势。目前,我国造纸工业白度测定采用(d/0)和(45/0)两种几何光学条件。不同的入射条件测定结果不尽相同。已有近2000台国产(45/o)的白度仪SBD在使用;SBD仪较便宜,但精密度较差,必须要加强校对工作。为此,建议轻工业部造纸工业科学研究所争取成为IS0/TC6婚授权实验室,按从标准实验室取得的IR2(IS0二级标准)校对仪器后,向工作实验室提供IR3(ISO三级标准),从而迅速改善造纸工业白度测定的精密度。
This paper describes the main technical requirement and the developing tendency for measuring brightness in paper industry both abroad and in China. At present, brightness is measured in (d/O) or (45/O) geometries in China. The test results are different under different conditions of illumination. About 2000 sets of(45/O) instruments-(SBD) has b3en made in China. The SBD is an economical tester, but not so precise, thus calibration with reference standards is necessary. It is suggested that the Paper Industrial Research Institute will provide IR3 for brightness testers of working lab based on IR2 which will be provided by ISO/TC6 standardizing lab in order to meet the requirement of an authorized lab. The precision of measuring brightness in paper industry will be improved rapidly.
