摘要 本文探讨了获经高温预煮后移液,并注入经簧片混合的新鲜氧碱液和氧气的蒸煮方法;找出了影响纸浆质量和得率的各因素之间的主次关系,并对浆的特性作了探讨。实验表明,氧碱法所制之浆与相应的低硬度硫酸盐浆相比,具有得率高、白度好、易漂白、易打浆、聚戊糖含量高、结合强度好等优点,但撕裂度稍低。 Oxygen-alkali cooking of Di (Miscanthus Sacchariflorus) was investigated- At the end of the precooking of Di by NaOH at higher temperature, the waste liquor is relieved, and the fresh O2-NaOH solution and O2 is then injected into the digester to continue the cooking. Variables affecting the pulp yield and quality were discussed, and the characteristics of the pulp were approached.Compared with the corresponding low kappa no. kraft pulp, the pulp obtained has the advantages of higher yield, better brightness, good bleachability and beating properties, higher pentosan content, as well as higher bonding strength, but its tearing strength is a bit lower.
