三、高冲量压榨的结构形式与应用效果 由于高冲量压榨装置相对来说结构简单,费用低,脱水效果佳,因此,目前世界上已有几家制造厂生产高冲量压榨装置。兹将主要几种产品介绍如下。

High Impulse Presses(HIP) have to be composed by large diameter rolls and relatively soft roll covers. They create a wider pressnip than conventional presses- Press loading up to 350 kN/m is being used without damaging the rubber cover, because the average specific pressure remain below the maximum allowable value. High Impulse Presses claim to be capable of increasing sheet dryness, thus reducing dryer steam consumption or alternatively increasing production. Enhancements in CCT and CMT values are also claimed. This paper describes the theory of dewatering in High Impulse Presses. Principal factors which influence the roll cover behavior for HIP are discussed. Structures and runnability of several High Impulse Presses operating in the various parts of the world are presented.
