摘要 本文对采用上流式厌氧污泥床技术,处理有机物污染负荷高的棉浆黑液的中型试验作一简介。这项技术,具有不用稀释、动力消耗低、生成污泥量少、占地面积小,并能得到可燃气体副产品等优点,对于发展造纸工业和保护环境具有现实意义和实用价值。 The waste-water from the pulp & paper industry is a major pollution source in our country. Its BOD5load makes up one quarter of the total load of industrial effluent. It is characterized by its big amount, serious pollution, complicate effluent quality and difficult treatment. Especially for the cooking black liquor of the multi, wide distributed and small scaled paper mills, which is not suitable to be treated by using alkaline recovery technology and the contaminated condensate, there are not any efficient and economic treatment methods domestically at present. In this pilot plant test of cotton stock cooking black liquor treatment with high organic load was used the high efficiency up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor (UASBR) technology, which has the advantages of no need of dilution, lower power consumption, smaller growth amount of sludge, smaller area to be occupied and the production of by-product of combustible gas- The result of this time's pilot scale test shows that it is feasible both from the points of view of technical aspect and economic aspect and has universal practical significance and value for the development of paper industry and environmental protection.
