摘要
全秆红麻采用20% NaOH,15~25%硫化度,165℃保温1小时,能制成卡伯值22~25的可漂纸浆。用CEH最好用CE_pH三段漂白工艺,总用氯量8%左右,可使纸浆漂至白度82~84%,回色(返黄)后白度75~79%。纸浆打浆性能及机械强度良好。漂白浆的物理特性基本达到1号漂白硫酸盐木浆部颁标准技术要求的质量标准。全秆红麻漂白浆可以部分代替漂白木浆。测定了蒸煮污染负荷、漂白污染负荷和黑液物化性能。全秆红麻浆黑液有机物与无机物之比在2以上,粘度较低,发热量3200kcal/kg固形物,二氧化硅含量极低,残碱和pH值较高,这种全秆红麻可漂浆黑液预计比较容易进行碱回收。
The whole stalk kenaf can be digested with 20% NaOH, 15-25% sufidity, for one hour at 165℃ to obtain bleachable pulp of Kappa number 22 to 25. By using CEH or CEpH three stages bleaching with the total chlorine consumption of about 8%, the pulp can be bleached to 82-84% brightness. The brightness may be 75-79% after reversion. The pulp can be easily refined and the mechanical strength of pulp is good- The breaking length of the bleaching pulp is 6.0-7.2 km, the burst index is 3.8 kPam2/g. the tear index is 6.5mN m2/g and the fold endurance is 190(double fold). The bleached pulp of whole stalk kenaf can be used partly instead of bleached wood pulp. The digestion pollution load, the bleaching pollution load and the physical chemical property of black liquor have been determined. In the black liquor of whole stalk kenaf pulp the organic-to-inorganic ratio is more than 2, its viscosity is lower, the calorific capacity reaches to 13474 kJ/kg solid, the SiO2 content is very low, the residual alkali and the pH value are higher- It is estimated that the alkali recovery for black liquor of the bleachable pulp of whole stalk kenaf can be performed without much difficulty.
