气动膜片执行元件有效面积的分析以及在造纸工业的应用

摘要 气动膜片执行元件广泛应用于造纸机以及其它机电设备的执行机构上。根据执行元件的情况,可分为两类:一类是用于加压(膜片中心没有位移),如造纸机压榨部;另一类是为了实现某一动作(膜片中心有显著位移),如用于抬辊等。这两种情况下的推力计算是不同的。本文对几种类型的膜片的有效面积做出力学分析并进而求出推力。 The pneumatic diaphragm actuators are widely applicated on the actuators of pap-ermaking machines and mechanical-electrical instruments.According to the working state for these acuators, there are two types: one applied to loading, for example, the press section of paper machine (eventually no displacement at the center of the diaphragm) and the other applied to actualizing some motion (the noticeable displacement existed for the center of the diaphragm), for example, appled to raising roll etc. The thrust calculations for these two states are different.In this article, effective area of several kinds of the pneumatic diaphragm actuators has been analyzed and their thrust has been calculatedThe major content expounded reads as follows:1. The effective area of diaphragm actuators Fe is defined as Fe=dp/dp. In which P is thrust of push rod and p is pressure of actuating medium within diaphragm cavity.2. Without axial displacing at center of diaphragm, the effective areas are as follows:The plane diaphragm, Fe=π/12 (D2 + Dd + d2);The corrugated diaphragm, Fe=π/16 (D2+2Dd + d2).3. The effective area varies with displacement of the center of the diaphragm.4. The effective area varies with pressure of actuating medium.
