摘要 本文首次建立了从麦草原料分离纤维细胞和薄壁细胞的简便有效方法,并比较了这两种细胎的Soda-AQ法制浆特性。研究结果表明:(1) 原料中纤维细胞的木素含量较薄壁细胞高,而半纤维素含量则是薄壁细胞较纤维细胞高;(2) 在相同的制浆条件下,纤维细胞的制浆得率较薄壁细胞高,而碱耗则是薄壁细胞的较高;(3) 纤维细胞脱木素速度较薄壁细胞的快,且都表现为假一级反应,薄壁细胞中半纤维素溶出较纤维细胞快。 A straightforward and effective separation method of fibrous cells and parenchy matous cells from wheat straw has been developed for the first time.The behavior of two types of cells in the Soda-AQ system has been studied. The study indicates(1)the lignin content of the fibers is higher and hemicellulose content is lower than that of the parenchymas, (2)under identical conditions, the yield of the fiber pulp is higher and the alkali consumption is lower than that of the parenchymas pulp(3)the deligni-fication rate of the fibers is faster than that of the parenchymas. Both follow pseudo first-order kinetics. The removal of the hemicellulose in parenchymas is slower than that of the fibers.
