摘要 非木本植物原料甘蔗渣、竹子、芒秆等用亚硫酸盐法进行混合蒸煮,分离出的亚硫酸盐废液经加工获得木素磺酸镁,本文研究了它的物、化特性,并把加工成的木素磺酸镁水泥外加剂应用于广东九江大桥大塑混凝土工程,提高混凝土的流动性,具有缓凝、减水、提高水泥性能和节约水泥的效果,有效地解决了大体积混凝土工程中水泥的永化热问题,确保了工程质量。 The non-wood fiberous raw material--bagasse, bamboo and miscanthus sinensis--was mixed and cooked by the magnesium sulphite process. The spent suifite liquor was seperated and used to prepare magnesium lignosulfonate. The physical and chemical characteristics of this material has been investigated. This magnesium lignosulfonate was applied to the concrete used in a bridge construction by the name of Guangdong Jiujiang Bridge. It was proven that this admixture for concrete could increase the flowability of concrete, decrease amount of water used in concrete, slow down the hardening process of concrete, improve workability of concrete, decrease consumption of cement and solve problem of hydration heat of cement in large volumed concrete construction. The quality of bridge construction can be ensured. This has been a successful industrial and engineering utilization of non-wood plant lignin.
