文中的AKD(Alkylketene Dimer)由脂肪酸合成,所得产物通过具有特效的复合助剂进行乳化和配制,该复合助剂主要由乳化剂、稳定剂、增效剂和助留荆所组成。这样,乳化可以在常压下完成,所得乳剂的乳化分散性和AKD稳定性良好。抄纸结果表明:其施胶效率比传统松香胶高出1O倍以上,纸张强度大幅度提高,能与CaCo_3、TiO_2和荧光增自剂等抄纸辅料並用,潜在效益明显。
The alkylyetene dimer (AKD) was synthesized by fatty acid. Preparation of the AKD size was accomplished by the emulsifying with specific compounding aids which consist mainly of emulgent, stabilizator, synergist and retention aid.As a result, this make it possible to emulsify under atmospheric pressure condition, and both the dispersivity of emulsion and the stability of AKD were excellent. It has been shown that the sizing efficiency of AKD was over 10 times higher than that of conventional rosin size, the strength properties of paper improved greatly, more over, it can be effectively used with auxiliary materials of papermaking such as CaCO3, TiO2 and fluorescent brightening agent.
