用UASB反应器处理印染厂漂炼废水的中间试验

摘要 试验表明,印染厂漂炼废水能用 UASB 处理,发酵温度35—37℃,料液的 pH为8.5—10.5,滞留时间1.5—2天,容积负荷为3.5—5.0kgCOD/m^3·d,COD去除率52.6—62.5%,容积产气率为1.02—1.20m^3/m^3·d,甲烷含量60.5%,每去除1kgCOD 产甲烷0.47m^3。 The test results indicated that the bleaching-kiering waste water from printing and dyeing factory can be treated by UASB,with fermentation temperature of 35-37℃,the feeding material pH value of 8.5-10.5,the retention time of 1.5-2.0 days,the organic loading of 3.5-5.0 kgCOD/m^3·day,the COD removal rate of 52.6-62.5%,the BOD removal rate of 65.8-75.0%,the volume biogas production rate of 1.02-1.20m^3/m^3·day,the methane content of 60.5-60.3%,and removal of one kgCOD may oroduce about 0.47m^3 biogas. The pilot scale experiment was operated stably,it is feasible for adopting this tec- hnology.The bleaching-kiering waste water from the printing and dyeing factory treated by UASB may reduce the cost of about 50%,compared with the aerobic treatment method.
