平面磨削颤振预报与监控研究

Research of Prediction and Control for Chatter on Planar Grinding

本文通过对磨削颤振特征征兆的分析和试验研究，对平面磨削颤振的预报方法、预报参数及门限值的确定作了探讨和论证，提出了在线预报与抑制颤振的方案，为实现平面磨削颤振的在线预报与控制开辟了良好的前景。

According to theoretic analysis and experiment research of characteristic of grinding chatter, this paper discusses the prediction method and predictive parameter of the chatter on planar grinding. The method of on-line prediction is suggested for chatter on planar grinding. When the value of predictive paramater has exceeded a given control threshold,a control signal should be sent by the control system. The experimental results show that an early stage diagnosis of grinding chatter is possible.
