干式变压器环氧树脂浇注工艺探索

The Study of Epoxy Resin Casting Technique for Dry-Type Transformer

通过对环氧树脂浇注料中固化剂的用量、固化温度及时间对固化物性能的影响，对干式变压器环氧树脂浇注工艺进行探索，提出了确定最佳工艺条件的方法和改进浇注体性能的措施。

In this paper, the effects of curing agent, curing temperature ancl curing time on the properties of cured epoxy resin were investigated. A new technique of epoxy resin casting technique for dry-type transformer, which can simultaneously improve the mechnical,heat resistant and electrical properties of the casted subject was proposed.
