GM混凝土外加剂在沼气池中应用技术研究

摘要 本试验研究了GM混凝土外加剂在降低农村家用沼气池的建池投资,改善建池材料性能及施工操作方法等方面所起的作用。从四川省广汉市及云南省曲靖地区等地已建造使用的1540余口GM混凝土和GM预制板沼气池的应用结果表明,用GM外加剂作为农村混凝土沼气池的一种外加材料,具有价格低,施工操作简便,可节约水泥10%左右,缩短施工周期1/3,能增强混凝土的抗压强度,提高气密性,对沼气发酵无抑制作用等特点。 The effects of GM, a cement additive, on the improvement of digester building materials, the cost of rural family-sized biogas digester and the procedures of construction were studied in this work, According to the results of about 1540 digesters made by GM-concrete in Guanghan city of Sichuan Province and Qujiug Prefectare of Yunnan Province, it has been proved to be an ideal concrete additive for digester construction. It is easy to operate and can reduce the cost of digester significantly, makes a 10% reduction in the amount of cement required and one third reduction in the period needed for construction, compressive strength, tensile strength and impervious property of concrete are also improved. No harmful effects were found on the fermentation.
