两种类型元胡的同功酶分析

Isozymes Aralysis of two Types of Corydalis yanhusuo W T. Wang

应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对两种类型的元胡的块茎进行过氧化物同工酶、可溶性蛋白分析比较，结果表明：两者都能分离出清晰的酶带，但酶带的强弱和位置却不相同。

Soluble protein and peroxidate isozyme of two types of Corydalis yanhusuo W. T.Wang were analyzed with polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis. The result shows that clear isoenzymes bands of the two types of corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang can be distinguished, but the intense of spectrums and the band location are different.
