相转移催化合成氟代硝基苯与氟代苯胺的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以季铵盐作催化剂,氯代硝基苯和固体氧化钾在二甲基亚砜溶液中进行亲核取代反应,制得氟代硝基苯,后者用铁粉还原,制得氟代苯胺。本文详细地研究了影响反应的主要因素,进而寻求出最佳的工艺条件。在此基础上,进行了稳定试验,并获得较为理想的结果。 It has been studied that the fluoronitrobenzene was synthesized by nucledphilie substitution between chloronitrobenzene and solid potassium fluoride in DMSO as solvent containing quaternaryammonium salt as phase transfer catalyst. The fluoroaniline was obtained by redueing fluoronitrobenzene with iron powder. The main effects were investigated in derail and the favourable conditions were found. Based on the research the good result was obtained in several reproducable experiments.
