摘要
本文采用涂渗法对４５钢进行以渗硼为主的硼碳氮多元共渗，并对渗层的组织结构和性能进行了探讨。试验结果表明，用涂渗法进行的硼多元共渗可使钢获得硬度高、耐磨性好的渗层，与一般的盐浴渗硼相比，该方法得到的渗层厚度大，脆性小。
steel is B-C-Nitried by own-protect coating. The coating strucure and properties of BC-Nitrieded are studied. Results show that the steel can obtain the coating of high hardness and good-abrasion resistance. Compared with salt-bath bonding, this coating has greater depth and less brittleness.
