产甲烷菌遗传学研究进展
摘要
产甲烷菌在系统发生上的特殊地位以及在厌氧消化中的重要作用促使人们对它的遗传学研究发生了兴趣。虽然产甲烷菌的严格厌氧和古细菌的性质给它的遗传研究带来技术上的困难。
