针刺治疗“厥脱证”机理初探

Priliminary Study on the Mechanism of Acupuncture-treatment of “Jue-Tuo Zheng”

中医治疗厥脱证有丰富的临床经验,但对其作用机理的研究甚少。根据中医对厥脱证辩证分型的意见,本文将以'外伤性厥脱''心血不足,气滞血淤,心肾阳衰'和'阴血厥脱'型为重点,用失血性休克动物模型。

In present study the hemorrhagie shock wasused as model of animal,and it was expected toobserve the effect of acupuncture on the blood pres-sure,the level of catecholamine and the oxygeametabolism.Further more the mechanism of thetreatment of 'Lue-Tue Zheng'was focused to be mvestigated.The results are as follows:1)The antishock function by the acupunctureof'Renzhong'and'Chenjiang'points was obvious.2)The level of blood catecholamine could heeffectivly regu regulated by acupuncture.3)Acupuncture could be able to raise the vo-lume of blood oxygen in artery of shock animal.4)The rate of oxygen taken in lungs couldincreased by acupuncture and decreased by shock.5)Acupuncture could decreased the rate of theoxygen utilization in adrenal tissue and increasedthe oxygen content used up in the tissues of heartand liver.
