摘要
对605名大学生的调查结果表明,大学生体育运动损伤率高达31.0%,发生的高峰期在第1学年。主要原因是不重视运动前的准备活动,身体素质和运动技能差。进行运动安全教育和科学锻炼指导;加强易伤部位和相对薄弱部位的锻炼,增强抗运动负荷的能力,开设运动保健课程,建立业余体育裁判组织,做好运动场地设施的安全监督。这就是预防运动损伤的基本措施。
The results by investigating 605 college students showed that thesports injuries rate reached 31.0%,and the rate peak usually occurred inthe first term. The main reasons were due to not ehough preparat ion beforesports,as well as student’s poor physical quality and sports skill. In orderto protect student’s sports injuries,this we should adopt the following basicmeasures:to improve the sports safe education,offer sports health carecourse,strengthen the guidance of training,enhence student’s resistance tosports load,set the amateur referee organ ization and supervise the safety ofplayground facilities.
