头针配合粗针治疗脑血管病后遗症169例疗效观察

Observation on Effect of 169 Cases of Sequela of Cerebrovascular Diseases Treated by Head Acupuncture in combination of Normal Acupuncture with Thick Needled

我院自1971年以来,用头针为主,配合粗针快速强刺激治疗脑血管病后遗症,并选择病程均在三个月以上者169例,疗效甚为满意,特报道如下。临床资料本组169例均系门诊及家庭病床病人。

128 male cases and 41 female ones were treatedand the age ranged from 33 to 81.117 cases suf-fered from cerebral infarction and 52 cerebral he-morrhage.The longest duration of disease was 11years and the shortest was 3 months.The treatmentconsisted of 2 parts:1)Bilateral Motor zone andFoot Motor and Sensory zone were selected in headacupuncture and other zones were combined accordingto various symptoms.The healthy side was punc-tured first,then the affected side.One treatmentwas performed daily without interval till the cure;2)Jianjing(GB 21),Quchi(LI 11),Qihaishu(B24)and Siliao(B 31,32,33,and 34)were punc-tured with special-made wire needle of stainlesssteel,0.8 mm in diameter,and 5 cun in length.Needles were not retained.Body acupuncture wasperformed simultaneously with head acupuncture.Thecured rate was 48.5% and total effective rate was97.6%.
