我国农业高校茶学文献的统计分析

Statistics and analysis on the documents of tea science in agricultural colleges and universities inChina

根据文献计量学原理，对我国１４所农业高校在１９８７－１９９２年间发表的茶学文献进行了统计与分析。结果表明：浙江农业大学、湖南农学院、安徽农学院三所院校发表的论文数最多，依次为１３７篇、１２４篇和８９篇。浙江农业大学在茶学研究中的整体力量较强，６年中有６０名作者发表了论文；西南农业大学的作者，其个体能力较强，人均论文数名列第一。在论文作者中杨贤强（浙江农业大学）、刘仲华（湖南农学院）、刘祖生（浙江农业大学）发表的论文数最多，依次为１３、１３、１１篇。在研究内容上，我国茶学在这６年间以制茶物理学及化学，茶叶生理、生化及茶树生态为主。我国刊载茶学论文最多的刊物依次为：《茶叶科学》，《福建茶叶》，《茶叶通报》，《浙江农业大学学报》，《湖南农学院学报》，《茶叶》，《茶叶通讯》，《贵州茶叶》，《茶叶科技》等九种。

According to the principle of documentary metrology, this paper statisticsed and anal-ysed the literatures of tea science in l4 agricultural colleges and universities in China published during the period of l987-1992. The resuIt showed that the number of tea science papers written bythe staffs of Zhejiang AgricuItural University,as the largest(137),followed by Hunan Agricul-turaI College (124)and Anhui AgricuItural college(89).The collective academic capacity for tearesearch in Zhejiang Agricultural University was the strongest. For the past six years,60 authorshave published papers on tea science. In South-west Agricultural University,the average papernumber published per author was largest. Among these authors,Yang Xianqiang(Zhejiang Agri-cultural University), Liu Zhonghua (Hunan AgricuIturaI CoIIege),and Liu Zusheng(Zhejiang A-gricultural University)published as many as 13,13 and 11 papers respectively. During the past sixyears,the research field of tea science in China was concentrated in tea processing physics andchemistry’tea physiology,biochemistry and tea tree ecology.There were nine core publications onpapers of tea science which included Tea Science, Fujian Tea,Tea Reports,Acta Agriculturae Uni-versitatis Zhejiangensis,The Journal of Hunan AgricuIturaI College,Tea communication,GuizhouTea,Tea Science and Technology and so on.
