经皮穴位电刺激治疗血管性头痛

血管性头痛是一种以女性多见的常见病,常因治疗不当迁延数月、数年、甚至数十年,影响劳动力,增加痛苦。笔者采用经皮穴位电激导的方法治疗此病,获得满意疗效。

60 cases with blood vessel headache treated inPNG instrument to get electrical stimulation alongpoints and got good effects.Main points:Sizhkong,Fenhci,arteria vertebrailis point arteria carotispoint,Zhiyang,Shezhu,Quchi,Zhusali.The mainpoints with combing points should be selected dif-ferendly depend on different part of haed.The pa-tients should take nagative pole and the doctorshould take the treating pole,with intensity of 15-25 for adult,5-15 v for children,40-200 NA forcurrent.One point should be stimulated for 10-30seconds since the patients got the tigling,soreness,distention and numbness.
