水稻种胚吸胀中DNA合成特性的电镜放射自显影研究

Autoradiographic electron-microscope studies of DNA synthesis during imbibitiou of rice embryos

结合￣３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ标记用电镜放射自显影技术，对水稻种胚吸胀过程中ＤＮＡ的合成定位与合成变化，作了实验研究，获得了一系列照片。由此认为水稻种胚吸胀过程中存在一个明显的ＤＮＡ合成过程；照片与过膜－液闪法直接测定￣３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入量随吸胀时间的变化，是基本一致的。

With the technique of￣3H-TdR label and autoradiographic electron-microscope,an ex-perimental study on localization and variation of DNA synthesis of imbibition rice embryos was giv-en in this paper,and a series of electron-micrograph have been obtained.It is shown that there isan evident process of DNA synthesis.Basically,our pictures coincide with the variation curve of￣3H-TdR incorporation vs,imbibition time which is measured directly with the method of film filterand liouid scintillation.
