家兔“内关”穴区皮肤电阻测定及其影响因素的观察

The Experiment of Mearsureing of the Skin Impedance at Neiguan Point on the Rabbits

家兔'内关'穴皮肤电阻测定已有报道,而皮肤电阻测定与穴区局部皮肤状态关系的观察不多。为了更好地控制影响皮肤电阻测定的各因素,我们观察了麻醉与死亡以及穴区皮肤状态的变化等因素对电阻的影响。

Experiments were carried out on 20 male rab-bits The skin impedance was mearsured at Neigunapoints on the left and nearing areas.The resultsindicated that the skin impedance at Neiguan pointswas lower than nearing areas.The comparison get-ween these two areas had staticantly significant.The skin impedance at Neiguan hadn't effect for therabbits of anesthsia and death,but the character oflaw impedance hadn't change at points.
