省柴灶炉膛吊火高度的研究

Study on height of firewood-saving stove combustion chamber.

通过建立省柴灶炉膛模型并进行试验，得到松柴在省柴灶炉膛中的燃烧火馅特征，火焰中心温度沿纵向分布存在二个峰值，以第一峰值离炉栅的高度作为炉膛吊火高度，能获得高效率的省柴灶。影响第一峰值离炉栅高度的主要因素是炉栅热强度，炉栅热强度在４５０—８００ｋＷ／ｍ￣２范围内，柴灶炉膛吊火高度取１０—１３ｃｍ为宜。

An experimental system of firewood-saving stove chamber mold has been worked outand experimental study has been made in the system,The results indicate features of pine combus-tion flame in the chamber,that shows out two temperature peaks in flame centre. When height be-tween the first peak and grate is taken as height of firewood-saving stove combustion chamber,fire-wood-saving stove can reach higher heat efficiency.Main effect factor on the height is grate heatload.As grate heat load is 450-800 kW/m￣2,reasonable height of firewood-saving stove combus-tion chamber is 10-13 cm.
