摘要
设计了一种结构简单、工作可靠、操作方便的随机型乳化器，安装于Ｓ１９５柴油机上，经一系列试验表明：该型乳化器能形成良好的乳化效果，在中、高等负荷下可以满足柴油机的使用要求，正交试验获得了Ｓ１９５柴油机使用乳化器时的较优调整参数，在此条件下使用乳化器，Ｓ１９５柴油机在常用负荷区域内，节油率可达３．５％—９．９％，排温下降１５—５０Ｋ，排烟下降２．０波许单位。
In this paper,an emulsifier which was simple in structure and convenient in operatingwas designed.It was used in S195 diesel engine and a series of tests have been made.The results ofemulsifying test showed that this emulsifier was able to produce good emulsification,and was fit forcombusting demond of diesel engine.Orthogonal tests gave out optimizating parameters of usingthis device in S195 diesel engine. According to the results of optimization, the fuel saving rate isabout 3.7%-9.9%。 Exhaust temperature is decreased 15-50 K,and smoke reading is reduced 2.0 Bosch Unit when S195 diesel engine uses the emulsifier in the common range of loads.
