Relationships between energy metabolism of lipids and their physicochemical characteristics

摘要 用含20%油脂的饲粮强饲成年滨白公鸡,应用Sibbald快速代谢能测定法,测定替换不同脂型饲粮的表现代谢能(AME)和真代谢能(TME)值;用差别套算法计算油脂AME和TME值。结果表明,油脂AME和TME值与油脂的碘价、酸值、亚油酸和亚麻酸含量呈正相关(P<0.01);与软脂酸、硬脂酸含量呈负相关(P<0.01).用高卵磷脂含量的油脂替代20%饲粮,强饲成年公鸡;应用Sibbald快速代谢能测定法结合差别套算法测定油脂的代谢能值,并换算成能量代谢率,研究其与卵磷脂含量的关系。结果表明油脂中卵磷脂含量明显影响油脂能量代谢率,二者呈二次曲线关系(P<0.01)。 Two experiment were conducted at the study. ExperimentⅠ was carried out using Bin white cookerel to investigate relationships between Metabolizable energy of lipids and their fatty acids contents, iodine values and acid values.The birds were starved for 32 hrs and then force-fed diets substituted for 20 percent of rnixed lipids. Excreta voided in the subcequent 48 hrs was col-lected ,Apparent metabolizable energy(AME)and True metabolizable energy(TME)of diets Were determined.1he AME,TME values of liqids were obtained by difference. There were significant(P<0.01)positive correlations between AME, TME of lipids and their lodine values,acid values,linoleic acid (C18 2),linolenic acid(Cl8:3)contents;and significant(P<0.01)negative correla-tions between them and palmitic acid(Cl6:0),stearic acid(C18 :0) contents.ExperimentⅡmade using adult cockerels to investigate the effect of lecithins content on the Energy metabolic rate of lipids. Two fat blends differing in lecithins content were included in based diets,Metabolizable ener-gy of each diet were estimated in same method as experimentⅠ,Metabolizable energy and Energy metabolic rate of lipids were determined.The regression analysis shows significant (P < 0.01)quadratic relation between the Energy metabolic rate of lipids and leclthin content.
