莼菜腺细胞的观察及其泌胶机理的探讨 被引量:14

摘要 显微解剖学的研究表明,莼菜(BraseniaschreberiGmel.)植株表面分布着许多有分泌机能的腺细胞,其大小在40μm-160μm之间,数量最多的有400个/mm ̄2,腺细胞的分布状况和胶质多少呈正相关。多糖定位显示腺细胞中含有大量多糖,这与莼菜胶质的主要组分为多糖相一致。因此,可认为莼菜胶质是莼菜植株自身代谢的产物。 Light microscope,SEM and TEM investigation observed each glandular cell deve-loped from epidemical cell consisting of a basal cell,1 to 3 stalk cells and a head cell bearing the function of mucilage secretion at its full grown stage, Paraffin section showed that a curly leaf con-taining no-mucilage which obtained by field investigation had no glandular cells,The subcellular localization of ploysaccharides revealed that quantity of polysacchar ides existed in cell; It might be suggested that the secretion function of glandular cells is the main mechandise of mucilage-produc-ing.
