摘要
本文报道了创建大麦雄性不育进化的种内基因库的设计方案和利用雄性不育促进异交技术组配的基础群体、建立综合杂交群体和进化的种内基因库的具体步骤与实施。对综合杂交群体O_4F_1代、O_5F_1代中获得的超矮秆型、二棱无芒型等新变异材料的改良作了简述,对组建大麦专项基因库、同质异源基因库等也予以讨论。
In this paper,the scheme of establishment of male-sterile facilitated intraspecific gene pool and the combination of base population F by using malesterile facilitated cross pollinationtechnique,as well as the procedure and the practice of establishment of integrated cross population and facilitated intraspecific gene pool are reported.The improvement of new variable materials;supershort stem type,two-rowed awnless type etc,obtained from integrated cross population O_4F_1 generation,O_5 F_1 generation are briefly described.The establishment of barley special item gene pool and homogenous heterologous gene pool are discussed.
