摘要
通过人工接种,造成不同病情小区及病丛,产量损失测定结果表明,水稻细菌性条斑病主要通过降低水稻结实率和千粒重而造成产量损失。病害引起的产量损失与病叶率及其严重度有关,经相关及回归分析发现,产量损失率与病叶率及其严重度乘积成线性相关关系,据此得产量损失模型y=5.0179+0.0831x.
Different cases of the rice bacterial leaf streak(BLS)were created by artificial inocu-lation in the experimental fields.The yield loss due to BLS was formed by reducing the weight of grain and increasing the percentage of the barrenness. The degree of yield loss was relevant to the percentage of diseased leaf and its severity。 We found the positive relationship between the yield loss and the multiple of the percentage of diseased leaf and the diseased leaf severity,According to this relationship,a simple linar regression model(i.e.,y=5.017 9+0. 083 1x Here y=yield loss,X=the percentage of diseased leaf × disease severity)was derived with yield loss as dependent vari-ables and the product of disease leaf incidence and disease severity as the independent variable.
