摘要
应用隶属函数值法,以叶片抗脱水性、叶片相对电导率、干旱处理后SOD活性、SOD干旱胁迫指数、干旱处理前CAT活性、干旱处理后CAT活性、根系长度、根冠比等8个对抗旱力有不同程度贡献的生理生化及形态指标,对来源广泛的96份茶树种质材料进行了抗旱性评定,结果表明,我国茶树种质资源抗旱能力存在较大差异,从中发现了一批抗旱力强的种质材料,同时还发现杂交后代的抗旱能力均弱于其亲本的抗旱能力。
Based on 8 parameters of drought resistance,namely the rate of water losing of leaves,relative permeability of plasma membrane,the activity of stressinduced SOD,SOD stress index,the activity of initial CAT,the activity of stress-induced CAT, the length of root,the rate of root against above of plants,the drought resistance of 96 tea germplasm resources were studied by comprehensive evaluation.
