摘要
以薮北种的茎切片为试材,研究了铝(Al)浓度与pH及磷(P)浓度对根分化的影响,结果表明,茎切片根分化的增殖过程呈“S”曲线。在pH4.3—5.5时,Al浓度为0—10.0mmol/L范围内,以pH5.0及Al浓度0.5—1.0mmol/L对不定根分化的促进作用最大,P对增加不定根分化数量及分化根长有明显效果.在Al浓度1mmol/L及P浓度1.25mmol/L下培养,根鲜重增加63.6%—176.9%.
Effect of concentrations of Al,P and pH on root differentiation from stem segment oftea(var.yabukita)was studied.The results showed that the development of root differentiaton fromstem segment assumed an“S”curve.In range of pH 4.5 5. 5 and Al concentration of 0 10.0mmol/L,the best results of root differentiaton was obtained at pH 5.0 and Al concentration of 0.5 1 m mo1/L.The number and length of root were increased by addition of P. Fresh weight of rootin the treament of 1 mmol/L Al and 1.25 mmol/L P increased by 63.6% 176.9%.
