摘要
对影响热带假丝酵母(Candidatropicalis)ZAU-1菌株固体发酵的因素进行了试验.结果表明:最适发酵温度为30—35℃,培养基最适pH4—6,最佳含水量47%—48%,种子接种量为10%,增湿通气有利于该酵母的固体发酵.此外,对通气、温度及湿度在发酵过程中的变化规律进行了分析;并讨论了该酵母固体发酵的动力学特征.
The solid substrate fermentation conditions of Candida tropicalis Strain ZAU-I werestudied. Results showed that solid substrate fermentation could be carried out under optimum con-ditions on the solid medium with water content of 47% 48%,initial pH of 4 6 and inoculum ra-tio of 10%at 307 35 ℃ in a ventilation circumstance.The air,temperature and relative humidity inthe process of solid substrate fermentation by Candida tropicalis Strain ZAU-I were analysed,andits fermentation kinetics were disscussed.
