摘要
以酪蛋白为蛋白源,配合成蛋白含量分别为35%,40%,45%,50%和55%的系列标准试验饲料,以稚鳖为试验对象,经60天的饲育试验,观测到以40%-50%含量的区组增重效果较好,其中45%含量组增重率最高,在以鱼粉和豆粕为蛋白质源,配合成的租蛋白质含量都为45%的不同组合的饲育试验中,以59%鱼粉与45%豆粕的配合组饲料消化率与增重率为最高,饲料系数为最低。随着豆粕添加量的增加或减少,增重率也随之减低,这表明,甲鱼对豆粕蛋白的利用能力较低,在以鱼粉为主要蛋白源的饲料中,添加5%豆粕,能起蛋白质互补效应,但添加过量反而影响饲料蛋白质的利用率.
Casein mixed into standard feeds as different ratio of protein,with 35%,40%,45%and 55%, baby-turtle were fed by the standard feeds with these different content of protein. Aftersixty days feeding, the growth rate of baby-turtle fed by the feed with 45%content was thehigh-est among the treatment groups. While fish meal and bean cake were mixed as protein into a kindof feed with 45%protein content,the feed with 59%fish meal and 5%bean cake gets gave thehighest growth rate of a baby-turtle.The result showed that baby-turtle had a lower ability of uti-lizing beak-cake protein.
